- Stir then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt.keep frying the masalas until it leaves oil
- Now add the fried fish.Lower the flame and let it took for 8-10 mins.
- Add Chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.
- Serve with steamed rice
