The ingredients needed to make Indian Flavoured Meatballs:
  1. Get 1 can white beans
  2. Prepare 1 packages extra lean ground chicken
  3. Take 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leafs chopped
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup finely chopped leak
  5. Get 1 tsp curry powder
  6. Get freshly ground black pepper
  7. Get hot sauce (I used blair's death sauce with ginseng)

  1. Drain & rinse the white beans, then slightly mash in a bowl with a potato pilar or hands
  2. Make balls with hands, golf ball size
  3. Add all the ingredients and mix well
  4. Put on skewers with vegetables of choice
  5. Cook on the bbq at medium heat for about 15 minutes turning at least once
  6. Do not overcook or the meatballs will be dry
