  1. Cut beetroot into strips and add salt and vinegar. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Take 1 spoon mustard, fenugreek and cumin and dry roast and powder. In the same pan add oil and when hot add 1 spoon mustard and let it crackle.
  3. Add curry leaves and ginger garlic and saute.
  4. Add the roasted powder and saute well. add both chilli powders and saute.
  5. Add salt and then add the beetroot with vinegar. Mix well.
  6. At last add a spoon sugar to balance taste and mix for 30 sec and switch off. No need to cook as it is little crunchy.
