Put a kadhai or a pan on a low flame, add oil mustard and jeera seeds let it splatter and add the gravy paste, add curry leaves and coriander leaves and let it cooked completely till the oil start leaving at the corner of the pan and all raw smell goes. Add dry spices and salt mix well. Lastly, add boiled chickpeas and mix well and cover for 10 mins. All spices should be mixed with chickpeas.
  4. You can add boiled water as per gravy consistency required I will make little gravy. Chickpea curry ready to serve add coriander leaves and chopped onion for garnish.
