  1. In a pan add mixed oil let heat ard cumin seeds,when it released the aroma add the ginger garlic paste.
  2. Cook fr 2-3 min on medium heat,now add all the powdered masala except salt mix well,add the tomato purée and cook for 2-3 min.
  3. Add chicken and cook till all the water dried up.Now add the beaten curd and cook by stirring on a regular interval.Add the fried onion and salt.
  4. The moment we add the salt the chicken will ooze out the oil,cook fr 5 min add chopped coriander mix,add 1/2 or as much curry one requires water (preferably lukewarm)and cook on slow flame fr 5-8 min.Serve
