- Just before 10 mins comes to end prepare for the second layer.Mix all the ingredients listed under the white batter over orange layer.Steam it for another 10 mins.
- Finally prepare for the green layer by mixing all ingredients.Take 1/4 cup coriander leaves with little bit of water and churn it,green paste is ready, mix it in basic batter after 10 mins pour this green batter over the white cooked layer.Steam it for 10 mins Switch off the flame and rest for few mins Cook dhokla on medium flame.
