  4. In another pan pour 2 tablespoons of oil, add in diced onion and beef then fry for about five minutes or so. Then add in ur mixed vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes then add in ur bell peppers, add in seasoning cubes and stir.
  5. And then finally add in the rice and combine thoroughly, allow to cook for 2 minutes. Do not over cook, because you want ur veggies crunchy..Enjoy!
