  1. After washing fish pieces add some turmuric powder and salt to it.
  2. Fry the fishes accordingly.
  3. Make a paste out of mustard seeds, poppy seeds, 2 green chilli, cumin seeds, half of the onion. Keep all the ingredients ne@r stove to save fuel.
  4. Heat a pan. Add 2 spoons of mustard oil. Add panch phoran/ five spices and red dry chilli. Now add chopped onion and chillies. When it become brownish add boiled cut potatoes, mustard paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and chopped tomatoes. Saute upto 2/3 mins. Add salt. Let it boil in high flame.
  5. Now add fried fish pieces, simmer the stove. Let it cook for 5 mins covered.covered.Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
