- Wash and cut the onion in big tings,cut the carrots,fresh red pepper,green pepper.
- Boil the sausages add a pinch of salt,boil for 2mins.boil the chicken for 30minutes with seasoning,salt,onion and curry.
- Fry the sausages for 2minutes,use same vegetable oil and fry the chicken for 5minutes.
- Parboil rice for 10minutes,rinse twice and boil again with salt to taste.onces is soft and no water is done.
- Add 1cksp of vegetable oil in fry pan,pour in the onion,fry for 20seconds add salt,curry stir very then pour in the carrots and green pepper stir and turn off the heat.
- Boil eggs for 3minutes,allow it to cool peel the shell off and slice.
Spray non-stick cooking spay in your pan and add carrots let cook This is a great recipe, I used some asian stir fry seasoning and it was great!! It's nice because you can really add whatever veggies you have on hand. Boiling is considered a safe method that allows you to get plenty of nutrients from foods, although in case of vegetables for example, due to Frying is the least healthy method. It destroys more nutrients due to the higher temperatures. Frying requires you to cut and peel the foods before preparing them.
