- Firstly make a mixture of ginger-garlic powder/paste and all the dry spices.
- Take the cleaned basa fillets and prick them using the fork. Marinate them with the mixture. Keep them aside for 30 minutes.
- In the tawa/ non-stick pan heat 1 tbsp butter and spread on it. Then place the fish on the tawa and cook for 5 minutes in high flame. Then reduce the flame and after 30- 40 second flip over the fish very carefully. Now increase the flame. Add some butter from the side and also top of the fish. After 5 minutes again flip over the fish and again cook for 2 minutes. If needed add some butter. Then place the fish on a plate and cook the other fish.
- Now brush lemon juice on the fish and garnish with cilantro.
