- Pour prepared besan batter in cooker steel container. Place this container in pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Let steam escape before opening the lid.
- In tadka pan add heat oil. Add mustard seeds as splutter add curry leaves. Off the flame.
- Cool the cooked thick khandvi dough completely. Put half of prepared kandvi dough in hand press gathiya making mould.
- In shallow plate/ bowl make khandvi noodles as shown. On it pour 1 tsp of prepared tadka/ tempering. Sprinkle / garnish with grated fresh coconut and chopped fresh coriander leaves. Similarly prepare kandvi noodles with remaining dough.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Khandvi Noodles.
