Steps to make Spicy pumpkin curry:
- Wash and cut pumpkin in small pieces.slice onions and chopped green and red chillies. Heat kadhai and add oil to it
- When oil become hot add fenugreek seed and pumpkin and saute for 5-6 mins. After that take out pumpkin and keep aside.
- Now add oil to kadhai. Add onion and saute for 5-6 mins. Now add red chilli and green chilli and saute for 2 mins.
- Now add pumpkin, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to it. Mix well and close the lid and cook for 10-12 mins on low flame. When pumpkin become tender mash it. And add lemon juice and coriander leaves to it..
- Serve with puri or parantha..
