  1. Wash and cut pumpkin in small pieces.slice onions and chopped green and red chillies. Heat kadhai and add oil to it
  2. When oil become hot add fenugreek seed and pumpkin and saute for 5-6 mins. After that take out pumpkin and keep aside.
  3. Now add oil to kadhai. Add onion and saute for 5-6 mins. Now add red chilli and green chilli and saute for 2 mins.
  4. Now add pumpkin, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to it. Mix well and close the lid and cook for 10-12 mins on low flame. When pumpkin become tender mash it. And add lemon juice and coriander leaves to it..
  5. Serve with puri or parantha..
