- Peel and wash your potatoes, add enough salt to taste, and boil them for exactly 5 min(start your stopwatch when the water starts boiling).
- In a larger bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients and add water to make a not too runny nor too thick paste.
- Blend your capsicum, garlic clove, onion and pour the mixture in your above paste, add your coriander and give it a good whisk.
- After 5min of boiling your potatoes, scoop and transfer them in a cold water and leave them there for 15min.
- Drain water from your potatoes and slice them into not too thick nor too thin circular slices and transfer just enough into your bhajia paste and coat them well. Repeat the process untill you're done.
- Take a bigger saucepan/sufuria and add your cooking oil meant to deep fry and heat it up on low heat. Deep a wooden stick to check whether the oil is well done
- When the oil is ready, scoop your potatoes from the paste(with a tablespoon) and make sure they are well coated and deep fry them. Rem to flip them over after a while to give them an even cook.
