  5. Now 2 part of tempering add the rest of the oil in pan & add garlic cloves chopped while it’s slightly golden add in the cumin seeds,curry leaves,mustard seeds,black seeds after 3-minutes off the flame while it’s cool again add in the pickle jar stir slightly
  6. The drooling tempting lemon pickle is ready store in a glass jar or in a regular container for long time & enjoy with meals.
  7. Tip of the day: be generous while you do the tempering as the oil will be more enough in it to cover the pickles otherwise it will be dry. And if you add the tempering hot it will turn black as you store it.
