  2. Get 1 cup Readymade uttapam Batter
  3. Make ready 1 onion chopped

  7. Get 1 boiled potato
  8. Get 1 green chilli chopped
  9. Get 1 onion chopped in slices
  10. Take 1 tsp black mustard seeds

  12. Get 4-5 curry leaves
  13. Make ready Pinch turmeric powder
  14. Prepare To taste Salt
  15. Take 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Steps to make South Indian platter:
  1. For uttapam - Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil and pour the ready batter in round shape. Keeping the flame on low.
  2. Now add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and let it cook for 5 minutes and then cover with lid for another 2 minutes.
  3. This batter already contains salt so no need to add. You can add any another Masala powder as per your choice.
  4. For potato sabji - heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil. Now add cumin,mustard seeds and curry leaves & stir it.
  5. Now add sliced onions, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
  6. Now add boiled mashed potato and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. For plain dosa- Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil and pour this ready batter in round shape and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  8. I have used Chings schzewan sauce and white coconut chutney in presentation. Home cooked uttapam, plain dosa and potato sabji.
  9. For plating I have used cookie cutters. It's south Indian dish depicting potato sabji (Sun), Uttapam(Moon), Dosa (Stars) & Coconut Chutney & schzewan sauce (Heart) πŸŒžπŸŒ™β­β€πŸ€
