  15. Take 3 tsp Garlic & Ginger paste
  16. Get 1 tsp green chilli paste or to taste
  17. Take Coriander fresh to garnish
  18. Take Garam masala 1/2 tsp at end

  6. I normally do 6 hours on medium. And I stir half way through
  7. Finally add the coriander and Garam masala.. serve hot with rice naan or chappati
