Steps to make Rajma:
  1. Soak Rajma overnight. - Then whistle it for 5 to 7 in cooker by adding baking soda and pinch of salt to it. - Make tomato and onion puree in a mixy. - Now heat the pan. - Add cumin seeds,curry leaves and let it sputter. - Then add asafoetida.
  2. Now add onion puree and saute it till it becomes golden brown in colour. - Then add tomato puree to it. - After that add turmeric, chilli powder,cumin coriander powder,salt, rajma masala garam masala and saute it well. - Now add 2 glass of water to it. - Saute it till it becomes a thick gravy.
  3. Then add boiled rajma in it. Mix it well and let it cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes. - Now garnish it coriander leaves - our rajma is ready now. - Serve it with rice and enjoy this delicious dish.
