- First, cut the paneer in small cube shape.
- Heat a pan with oil add a pinch of turmeric powder then add the paneer pieces fry for a minute from both sides then remove it and keep aside.
- Now in the same pan heat up the oil then add green cardamom and cloves sauté it then add the onions fry till golden in colour.
- Then add tomato fry it for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste sauté it and add all the masalas mix it and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add little bit water, cover the lid and cook it for 8-10 minutes till oil separates on the top.
- After 10 minutes open the lid add the paneer pieces mix it and add water to adjust the gravy cover and cook on medium for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add chopped coriander leaves mix it and switch off the flame.
- Our delicious dhaba style paneer curry is ready to serve. Garnish it with fenugreek leaves.
