  3. Heat a pan or kadai.Add 2tablespoons of oil.once oil will be heated add paneer cubes.swallow fry it for 2-3 minutes until becomes light golden.
  4. Take it out paneer in to a plate.same pan(kadai) add 2 tablepoons of oil.once oil will be heated.add 1/2tablespoon cumin seeds(jeera) let it crackle it.now add 2 bay leaves and cinnamon.saute it for a minute
  5. Now add onion-ginger-chilli and garlic paste.saute it for 2-3 minutes.then add 1/2 tablespoon salt,1/2 tablespoon turmeric,1 tablespoon coriander powder,1/2 tablepoon garam masala and 1 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder.mix it well.saute for 1 minutes.
  6. Now add tomato puree (paste).mix it. cook it for 2minutes.add paneer to the gravy.mix it.
  7. After that add 1/2 cup frozen or fresh green peas.Add 1 cup (250ml) water.mix it.
