Instructions to make Moimoi and stew:
  1. Pick and wash your beans to remove the peel
  2. Wash your Onions, pepper, chilli Pepper and add it to the washed beans
  3. Blend it together
  4. Wash the Moimoi leaf with salt and warm water
  5. Steam the macker fish with Spices when the fish is ready remove all the borne
  6. Mix up the fish and the fish stock with the blended beans add your Spices to taste add the vegetable oil stir it together
  7. Wrap the blended beans in the Moimoi leaf using a cup or a dip spoon, cut off the stem of the leaf and place it in the pot with 1 or 2 leaves covering the stem, to avoid water entry the Moimoi. gently put the wrapped Moimoi in your already heated pot. Cover the top with some leaves and cover the pot allow to cook for about 1 hour
  8. Blend your tomatoes and pepper fry your stew in separate pot, when all that is ready.
  9. Your Moimoi with stew is ready to serve. Tanks
