- In a big bowl, add the blended mixture, salt, coriander powder, vinegar and mix well. - Make slits in the mackerel, and marinate the fish with the masala and keep it for 2 hours. In a pan add some oil and fry the fishes.
- In a pan add some oil, add some curry leaves and mix the second batch of masala, and add the fried fish and cook it in low flame for 2-3 minutues on each side. Serve it with coriander leaves.
