Instructions to make Achari Mango Rice:
  1. Heat oil in a kadai add chopped garlic, asafoetida stir it then add one by one raw mango, beans, carrot, green chillis,curry leaves and salt to taste cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Then add rice, turmeric powder and mango pickle mix well.
  3. Then decorate with paneer fry cover and cook for few minutes. Serve hot.
