  1. Ik bowl me oil le kar usme adrak lehsan paste add karen
  2. Ik packet tikka boti masala add akren

  4. Tamam spices mix kar ke paste bana lein.
  5. Soy sauce add kar ke achi tarna mix karen
  6. Botiyan par masala achi tarha lapait lein.
  7. 24 hr ke liye marinate kar dein.
  8. Phir pateelay ko medium to high flame par charha ke botiyon ka pani dry kar lein
  9. Jab botiayan soft ho jayen masala dry ho jaye to flame off karden.
  10. Potato boil kar ke small pieces me kat lein. capsic aur onion ke bhi chotay cube shape pieces kat lein.
  11. Stick me alternate piro lein.
  12. Egg beat kar ke in stick ko coat karen.
  13. Whole stick ko beated egg me coat kar lein
  14. Fry pan me oil garamkar ke stick rakhte jayen.
  15. Shashlik stick ready hain. Enjoy with ketchup and peri peri sauce.
