  1. Make ready boneless beef
  2. Take hung curd
  3. Prepare lemon juice
  4. Take tikka masala
  5. Take Salt (if required, tikka masala already have salt)

  7. Get Blanched Almonds
  8. Take meat tenderize (also use 1 tbls of papita paste)
  9. Prepare oil
  10. Make ready large tomato slices

Instructions to make Badami Beef Tikka:
  1. Cut half kg boneless beef in cubes and mix meat tenderizer (kacha Papita paste) in the beef well. Cover and place the beef bowl in fridge for about half an hour.
  2. In a mixer add hung curd, oil, lemon juice, Blanched Almonds, soaked poppy seeds (soake poppy seeds in 2 tbls of water for 15 min), add tikka masala then blend it well till make a thick paste.
  3. Marinate beef with the blended masala well and keep in fridge for 2 to 3 hours (overnight is best).
  4. Insert the marinated beef in all wooden skewers and cook on grill pan/ non-stick pan till tender from all sides.
  5. Burn piece of coal and give a smoke by adding few drops of oil on beef skewers.
  6. Grill the tomato slices on same grill pan and set the cooked beef skewers on the tomato slice. Serve with any sauce I am serving with yogurt raita.
  7. Tasty Badami Beef Tikka is ready to serve.
