- brown beef in hot oil in a large heavy kettle. if not u can use any large pot.
- add jalapenos, onion, garlic,tomatillos and green pepper to the beef. toss together.
- add rest of ingredients. mix well. bring to a full boil.
- reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours our until beef is very tender.

- I've made this once and my dad makes this alot in the winter. I don't add the hot peppers at all cuz I can't do spicy. but this chili is to die for
