  5. Cook the mix for 1 hour in pressure cooker or 6 hours on simmer.
  6. Boil pasta al dente, correct seasoning if needed and add blue cheese and stir throughout. Then mix with pasta.
  7. Add mix to oven safe dish and grate some cheese on top.
