Instructions to make Bolognese:
  1. Heat some oil in a skillet or wok place in the onions and keep stirring until translucent add scotch bonnets and minced beef.
  2. Add spices,I used meat masala. Maggi and onga. And stir well.
  3. Next add your diced carrots and allow it to get a bit soft, then add green peppers, curry powder, spring onions and lastly add tomato puree.
  4. Cover and allow it to cook completely
  5. Now mix the corn flour and water together and pour into the skillet to thicken the Bolognese, add in freshly chopped basil and allow it to simmer. Serve with your favorite dish, observed mine with rice 😋
