  8. Palak tarka ke liye palak ko blanch kar lein or blender me green chilli ke sath blend kar lein desi ghee gram kar ke palak paste fal kar 4 sy 5 minute fry karein or hareesa py dal dein
  9. Piaz ke tarky ke liye desi ghee gram karein piaz fry karein or hareesa py dal dein kbab b rakhen or serve karein
