  2. Prepare 120 g butter

Steps to make Fish Rolls:
  1. For the filling, skin and de-bone the fish. pieces fish into little chunks with finger, chop the green part of spring onion in tiny bits grate onions, carrot and cabbage.
  2. Pour oil in a pan. fry onions till translucent, add in the pieced fish and stir fry for 1min. add in your stock cubes, salt, curry n thyme.. finally pour in your grated vegetabes stir fry for 30secs and turn off. careful not to over season it. Then allow to cool
  3. Note: this filling can make for up to 3 times this dough recipe
  4. Make the dough by combining the butter, flour, baking powder and curry. adding in water little at a time till combined.
  5. For best result, Set aside for about 20mins to mature. Though you can skip this step if in a hurry
  6. Transfer to a floured surface? cut in bits and roll out.
  7. Cut off edges.
  8. Spread your filling at one end of d rolled out dough
  9. Roll the fish filling in
  10. Beat an egg in a bowl and rub at the other end of d rolled out dough to help seal up
  11. Placed fish rolls on a tray lined with greased foil paper. and eggwash (use the brush to rub the egg on the fish rolls) for shiny effect
  12. Bake for 30-40mins on medium heat. not high heat so it can remain moist. cheers
